Shipping

Once you create an order, if we don't have it in stock, it has to be made. Creation time will be as quick as possible and shipping time will be approximately 2-5 business days. 
Shipping costs through the USPS will be a flat rate and if a purchase is $50 or more, shipping will be free. ​

Return Policy

Here at CE3D, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, customers need to understand that because each 3D printed item is a customized print, we can only offer refunds for defective items. Every effort is made before shipping to ensure that the item is a quality print. We do not sell defective printed items. Printed items are easily broken if dropped on a hard surface such as concrete or tile.

Every 3D printed item is unique! We cannot match pictures on our website exactly as shown. We make every effort to match your order with pictures on our website. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us and we will make every effort to satisfy your order. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. We have a minimal exchange fee of $10.00 to cover the cost of the exchange and shipping your new piece(s) back to you.

Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
We will only accept an exchange that is defective. We cannot refund items that were broken by the customer. We cannot accept an exchange if it doesn’t meet these basic requirements.    
 
Before sending your return to us, please:
 
Step 1. Contact us via email at [email protected] In your email, please include your order number/receipt.
Step 2. Please mail your item to us at: CurtisE3D, 17553 Mt. Elizabeth Dr., Sonora, CA 95370.  
Step 3. Upon receipt, we will issue you a CurtisE3D eGift Card for what you paid (less the exchange/shipping fee of $10.00).
